Leadership Team

Brett Mendenhall

Chief Executive Officer

Brett Mendenhall has spent the last 20 years in the OCTG industry. He started his career with Vallourec and Mannesmann, serving customers domestically before working in the international OCTG markets. Brett served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and later Chief Executive Officer and President at Pyramid Tubular Products. After Pyramid Tubular Products’s merger with Premier Pipe formed P2 Energy Services, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for two years before being named Chief Executive Officer and President in 2022. Brett holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, fly fishing, golf and snow skiing.

Erik Skoy

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Erik Skoy has spent the last two decades in the energy industry with the last 15 years in oil and gas and last 10 years in OCTG, with the most recent five at P2 Energy Services and Pyramid Tubular Products. He has served in various managerial positions throughout his career and specializes in strategic business development and operational improvements. Erik’s leadership and eye for innovation has dramatically impacted P2E’s development, and he continues to position P2E for further growth through expanded offerings and digital transformation. In his spare time, Erik enjoys hiking, skiing, fishing and spending time with family. He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Seth Merrill

Chief Commercial Officer

Seth Merrill brings almost three decades of leadership experience in sales strategy, commercial operations, and market development. Since joining the organization, Seth has been instrumental in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. His career reflects a consistent track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable business results in competitive markets. Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and has completed advanced executive leadership programs focused on commercial excellence and organizational transformation. He is passionate about fostering collaborative partnerships and driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs. Outside of work, Seth values time with family and is actively engaged in community initiatives, snowboarding, Karate and other outdoor sports.

Sjovissa Minnard-Lee

Chief Financial Officer

An accomplished finance and accounting professional, Sjovissa Minnard-Lee brings more than 15 years of experience to P2 Energy Services. Before joining P2E and Pyramid Tubular, she held public accounting and downstream roles at ConocoPhillips, which laid the groundwork for her specializations in audit supervision and financial statements. As P2E’s CFO, she manages the group’s accounting operations with meticulous attention to detail. Sjovissa holds two degrees from McNeese State University and loves to showcase her Louisiana hospitality as P2E’s social chair. Outside of work, Sjovissa enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Knox

Vice President of Sales

Jeff Knox brings more than 10 years of OCTG distribution experience to P2 Energy Services. After starting his OCTG career in manufacturing with TMK IPSCO, he joined Pyramid Tubular Products in 2013 and shifted his focus to sales and business development. After the merger of Pyramid Tubular Products and Premier Pipe, Jeff served first as Director of Sales before being named Vice President of Sales in 2022. Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son on the baseball and football fields, and playing golf.

Kelly Griffin

Vice President of Operations

Kelly Griffin’s OCTG career began more than 20 years ago in the Pyramid Tubular Products file room. Her passion for learning and cross-departmental collaboration allowed her to grow quickly, moving from Inventory Manager and Operations Manager roles up to Director of Operations. Kelly became Vice President of Operations in 2022, leveraging her passion for inventory management, process development and efficiency to lead the P2E Inventory and Sales Coordinator teams. Apart from her career accomplishments, Kelly is a proud wife and mother of three children who mean the world to her.

Lisa May

Director of Program Sales

With 12 years of OCTG supply chain experience ranging from operations to sales, Lisa May brings a breadth of experience to her role as Director of Innovation. She is a relationship-builder who enjoys solving problems with her teammates and customers, leveraging technology to improve processes and enhancing the overall user experience. As a proud Aggie, Lisa holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She is a devoted wife and girl mom of two who enjoys travel, yoga and volunteering with the Houston Honor Flight chapter.

Jeremy Knudsen

Vice President of Information Technology

Jeremy Knudsen has spent nearly two decades at the forefront of information technology innovation. He joins P2 Energy Services as Director of Technology after more than 16 years in IT at ExxonMobil. Recognized as an IT Fellow, Jeremy excelled in enterprise architecture and cloud strategies while leading ExxonMobil’s large digital transformation program. He also pioneered the company’s “Mobile First” strategy. At P2E, Jeremy aims to harness this multifaceted expertise to drive technological innovation and set new benchmarks in the OCTG sector. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a master’s degree in Information Systems Management, both from Brigham Young University. He and his wife devote most of their free time to supporting their kids’ activities in baseball, softball, football and dance.

Elizabeth Silva

Controller

Elizabeth Silva is an experienced accounting professional with over 12 years of experience in financial leadership roles across the energy and industrial sectors. As Controller at P2E, she oversees all aspects of financial reporting and compliance. Prior to her current role, Elizabeth served as Assistant Controller at P2E and held similar positions at AXIOS Industrial Group and Energy Alloys, where she played a key role in improving financial operations and supporting organizational growth. Her background also includes auditing internal controls over financial reporting at Weatherford. Elizabeth is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sales Team

Shane Miguez

Director of Commercial Operations

Shane Miguez has more than 25 years of OCTG experience in distribution and manufacturing sales. He began his career in oil and gas in 1997, working the inside sales desk for North Star Steel before moving to distribution with Premier Pipe four years later. Shane held numerous commercial roles during his tenure at Premier Pipe, including Inside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Manager and Vice President of Commercial Operations, before being named Director of Commercial Operations. Shane holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Lamar, and he spends his spare time with his two young sons and extended family and volunteering at his church.

Tony Lauer

Director of Sales

Tony Lauer is a seasoned sales and marketing OCTG expert with more than 30+ years of energy industry experience. Tony’s career began at North Star Steel in 1993. After spending 7 years with the tubular mill as a key member of its commercial team, Tony spent 3 years with Vitol, the world’s largest crude trader, as a member of the commercial operations team. In 2004, he joined Premier Pipe as its Business Development Manager. Tony currently serves as P2E’s Director of Sales where he demonstrates his commercial expertise and leadership prowess to provide the best possible value added solutions and services to our customers. Tony earned a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics from the University of Minnesota, and his interests outside work include spending quality time with family, golfing, fishing, hunting and traveling.

Ryan Gilbert

Director of Sales

Since entering the OCTG industry in 2003, Ryan Gilbert has held various sales positions at P2 Energy Services and Pyramid Tubular Products. In his current Director of Sales role, his responsibilities include horizontal sales and trades with OCTG distributors and brokers, with a focus on moving stagnant inventory. Ryan graduated from the University of North Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Entrepreneurship. When he’s not moving pipe, Ryan is usually hanging out with family and friends, cooking or playing golf.

Frank Edmiston

Director of Business Development

Frank Edmiston began his 10-year career in the OCTG industry as a sales representative for Seah Steel. He joined the distribution business in 2018 as an account manager at Pyramid Tubular Products before becoming the head of Business Development at P2 Energy Services. Along with his dedication to work, Frank finds fulfillment in his family life, enjoying quality time with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Master of International Affairs, both from Texas A&M University.

Jared Maerz

Director of Fluids Operations

Jared Maerz is a Director of Operations – Fluids & Logistics at P2 Energy Services, LLC, where he leads integrated operations across the company’s fluids and logistics departments. With a proven track record of operational leadership and commercial growth, he oversees high-volume logistics execution, dispatching thousands of shipments monthly while managing complex supply chains. Jared’s career spans progressive leadership roles across operations, account management, and business development within the oil and gas sector. During his time at P2 Energy Services, Jared has played a key role in scaling the company’s drilling fluids business—from early-stage growth to a multi-customer operation with nationwide reach—while consistently driving revenue expansion and profitability. Prior to P2E, he held positions with Pyramid Tubular Products and Patterson Tubular Services, where he focused on market analysis, customer development, and operational execution, contributing to significant new business generation and long-term client growth. Known for his cross-functional leadership style, Jared has successfully aligned logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to enhance service delivery, improve efficiency, and support customer success. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his two boys play baseball and golf.
